Throughout the 80's and 90's Julie Ann spent the summers and holidays at her condo on Longboat Key. Once her children were grown Julie Ann re-located in 2006 to Lakewood Ranch from Connecticut. 

Prior to her career in real estate Julie Ann worked as a paralegal and had the opportunity to work for some of the most successful developers in the area. During this time her interest in real estate continued to build and her desire to work with her own customers finally inspired her to make the leap to realtor.
